This project came about while Sequoia was learning about turtles and straws in the ocean, and how straws get stuck in turtles noses, she wanted to save the turtles, and really who wouldn't! It affected her enough that she mostly remembers to make sure that she does not get a single use straw at a restaurant, and she suggested that when we make these art pieces (using up of our scraps so they don't go to landfils) that the turtle art comes with a re-usable straw- so it does... All turtles will look slightly unique and different in coloring;) . size 29"x33"
