Fair trade cooperatives help protect the industry, the families involved with growing coffee, and the land. Keeping the desire high for fair trade and organic helps farmers not to be forced to use harmful chemicals to produce high yield coffee, which eventually get into our drinking water and oceans – and we don’t want to drink chemicals, or surf with them. Nicaraguan beans have a flavor unique to the region, after spending 15 years in Nicaragua working on other projects, we decided to start sharing this great bean with you all! Enjoy the beans!
